The Alyosha Civil Bureaucracy is a galactic government consisting of hundreds of star systems and regional territories within the Perseus Arm in the first galactic quadrant of the Milky Way galaxy. At over two cubic megaparsecs in volume, it is one of the galaxy's largest consolidated governmental powers. It shares borders with the Menthu Confederation as well as several smaller organized territories.
Government
The ACB government is a bureaucratic system of administrative committees staffed by non-elected officials using a hierarchy of departmental cabinets.
